The 2025 New England Spotlight will host a very strong lineup of coaches in D1 programs from near and far. The player-to-coach ratio cannot be beat at 6:1! This event is limited to 80 field players and 10 goalies so be sure to register in advance!
You'll have plenty of opportunity for exposure as these reputable coaches will be running small stations/teaching followed by fast-paced small-sided games and full-field games.
Free film of the full-field games will be provided to those in attendance.

Nor’easter Lacrosse.
Founded in 2005 by then Yale University Women's Lacrosse coaches Clarissa Clarke and Laura Field, Nor’easter Lacrosse remains the only Connecticut club program directed and coached by college coaches. Only the finest college coaches, college players, and high school coaches work with our members. Our coaches have a history of teaching the game at its highest level and are able to break down the game for any ambitious, athletic, and talented high school or youth player!
Consistent year in and year out, our coaches have an invaluable scope of knowledge and passion for the game which allows them to prepare our players for the next level. They are able to guide and shape players for the intricacies of the college game at all levels. We are the only program in Connecticut to employ full-time coaches from at least 7 Division 1 and Division 3 programs.
We strive to help our players achieve all of their goals, including the goal of playing in college. We believe in the process of selecting a college and a program that is right for the individual, and we have had tremendous success at the D1 - D3 levels with our graduating Nor'easter alumni.
